What you get

Built for a manager, not a procurement portal

The point of buying seats is to be able to answer one question: did the team actually learn anything? Everything below exists to answer it.

Seats and private cohorts

Assign seats as people join, or run a private cohort where a group starts the same course on a date that suits your calendar.

Progress you can read

Lesson-by-lesson completion per person, so a check-in conversation can start from what happened rather than from a guess.

Certificates that verify

Every completion issues a certificate with a verification code. Anyone can check it on our public page - no phone call to us required.

B2B invoicing

One invoice for the seats, NET 30, with the purchase order reference you give us printed on it. No expense claims per learner.

Bulk pricing

Per-seat pricing drops at 10 seats and again at 20 and 50. The quote we send itemises the discount rather than folding it into a total.

A named contact

At 50 seats and above, one person at Wuteve handles your account: onboarding, reporting and the awkward questions in between.

Sizing

Three tiers

Tiers describe how many seats you are buying and how much support comes with them. Prices are quoted per organisation, because a 10-seat team and a 60-seat rollout are not the same purchase.

Starter

5 - 19 seats

  • Annual access to every published course
  • Progress view for your organisation
  • Verified certificates per learner
  • One invoice, NET 30

Enterprise

50+ seats · best per-seat rate

  • Everything in Growth
  • A named account manager
  • Onboarding call for your team leads
  • Course mapping against your own competency list
What we cover

Six training areas

These are the areas the catalog is organised around today. If your need sits outside them, say so in the form - it is useful to know what is missing.

Business & Management

Operations, people, planning and the day-to-day running of a team.

Technology & IT

Foundations for people moving into technical work, and for the teams they join.

Data & Analytics

Reading numbers, building reports and asking better questions of them.

Finance & Accounting

Budgets, records and the controls that keep them honest.

Professional Development

Communication, time, writing and the habits behind good work.

Digital Skills

The everyday tools: documents, spreadsheets, email, online collaboration.

How it works

Three steps, no procurement marathon

Tell us what you need

Send the form with your team size and the skills you are trying to build. We reply within two business days.

Get a quote with seats and dates

A written quote for the seats, the per-seat rate and, if you want one, a private cohort start date.

Your team starts

Accounts are created for the named learners, invoices go to your finance address, and progress appears in your dashboard.

Where we are today. Wuteve Global Academy is a young institution. The catalog, the learning platform and the certificate system are live and in use; the organisation-level billing and reporting described on this page are being built with our first partner organisations, who are onboarded by hand rather than through a self-service portal. We would rather say that plainly than describe software you cannot sign into yet.
Enquire

Tell us about your team

The more you tell us, the more useful the reply. Nothing here is a commitment, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.

What should the training cover?

We reply within two business days. Your details are used to answer this enquiry - see our privacy policy.

Or just look at the courses first.

The catalog is public. If you would rather see what we teach before talking to anyone, start there - the course pages list every lesson.
